When winter sets in, you're set. We offer our boaters a variety of options for winter storage: heated inside, cold inside, outside,
and bubbled wells. Shrink wrapping and engine winterization are just a phone call away. For 2009-10, outside storage is $2.10 per
sq. ft., inside cold storage is $4.25 per sq. ft., inside heated storage is $6.50 per sq. ft., and bubbled wells start at $700 for the winter.
Heated Inside Storage
Our 8,000 square foot heated building shown above is the perfect spot for the discerning boater. We recommend you still winterize
the engine, but you'll skip the shrink wrapping. The bathroom and showers in this building are heated year round.
Cold Inside Storage
Cold storage is a great choice for boaters on a budget. Again, no shrink wrapping needed. We'll make sure your boat is protected from the elements
in a dry, locked building. Shown above is the 4,000 square foot "block" building. The 4,000 square foot "tin" building is also available.
Outside Storage
Our least expensive option, which is included in the cost of an annual contract, is outside storage. Blue Water Marine, St. Clair Marina Services,
and Total Marine do shrink wrapping for many of our boaters. They can winterize your engine as well.
Bubbled Wells
Bubbled wells are preferred by live-aboards and others folks accustomed to keeping their boats in the water year round. We offer 92 bubbled wells,
both covered and open.
